Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. That’s why you need another thing.
A thing that turns conversations into campaigns rather than the other way around.
A thing that starts with social-first insights to deliver unexpected, but wildly relatable brand ideas.
A thing that can do both the thinking and the making.
We’re Another Thing.
A full service, entrepreneurial agency partner relentlessly focused on doing anything but the same thing.
Who’s behind ?

Nick Kaplan is a highly awarded creative leader whose work has shaped culture, built brands, and earned attention the hard way – by being impossible to ignore. He’s done it at some of the most iconic agencies in the world, including Wieden+Kennedy, 72andSunny, and Le Truc. Not that his dad cares – he still thinks Nick should have been a lawyer.

Kimmy is a creatively-driven account leader with a track record of leading iconic brands such as KFC, Allstate, Bayer, and Samsung. She’s known for building collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering client partnerships rooted in trust, momentum, and great work. Equal parts strategic and human, Kimmy thrives on finding win-win solutions and bringing immaculate vibes to the room.

Chris is a prolific snacker and entrepreneur who is somewhere between an idea and an algorithm. Chris founded the digital agency Genuine by blending code, creativity, and a bit of chaos. That mix led to breakthrough work for global brands in social and digital – back when there was no playbook for those things. But what mattered most was building a culture where creativity, technology, and strategy worked in sync and brought out the best in each other. And with AI reshaping everything, that kind of culture has never mattered more.

Mike Cassell is widely considered the top 6’8” redheaded strategist in all of advertising – possibly the only one, but still. Equal parts social and brand strategy, Mike cut his teeth at Genuine, Saatchi & Saatchi, and MullenLowe, where he helped launch award-winning campaigns for brands like Burger King, Scotts, Credit Karma, and others. He brings a deep understanding of internet culture, social behavior, and brand building – and knows how to turn all three into growth.

We’re building something different here. So we’re looking for people excited to help us reimagine how an agency thinks and works for modern brands. We’re looking for some chaos-loving friends:

- Creative inventors and instigators who want to do anything but the same old thing.
- Social Creators who don’t just talk social – they make things.
- Frustrated, innovation-focused agency leaders – done with the big agency bureaucracy things – who would rather work somewhere fun…things.
